For those of you who prefer incandescent bulbs for your lamps to inspect coins, make sure you stock up on them by the Aug. 1 ban on sale of the bulbs.

Or for your Easy-Bake Ovens. Won't someone think of the children?!!?

Most of the bulbs still available on retail shelves are made in China. Low quality, low lifetime. Your best source for genuine USA or EU made incandescents is estate sales.

Didn't they quit making those (like about the time rotary phones went out of vogue)? Blast from the past, circa 1963 == Kenner easy-bake oven (needed 2 light bulbs, which, of course, were not included).

Oh, I'm sure they must have. I mean, you could burn yourself on a light bulb! That's dangerous!
