    I used to get half dollars in change now and then when I was a child. You didn't see them constantly, but they were in circulation. That ended when the Kennedy Half Dollar was introduced in 1964.

    I actually kinda prefer Franklins with some circulation on them… not too many designs I’d say that about, but these are in that group.

    The 1952-S has the lowest mintage and commands a very small premium. The others are all common dates. All are clean but circulated. Franklins are a favorite of mine and yes, I have a full set of them.

    Better worn than none. Lol. Not mine. It’s a friend’s grandfathers they found. Looking through them for them.

    Yes you do. Yes I had read on the 52. I’m tempted just to buy them all from her. Put with bugs bunny! But others I have to go through for them.
