I recently discovered these, they were cheap, so picked up a few designs I liked. France issues these commemorative notes with a zero euro value, seems strange but cool. Euro notes are different sizes - larger denominations are larger in size (assuming it's an accessibility thing?). But the 0€ note is about the size of a 20€. Interesting.
