I searched the history (not very well!) to see what CoinTalkers thought of the Mint's upgraded site but didn't find anything...

Today I answered the annoying Mint Survey popup you sometimes get when visiting the site and I added these comments:

The new order status page on the upgraded site is horrible. It removed some KEY features (link to tracking for one), has less information (How many items were returned?, what's the full name of the product?!!) and takes longer to load. Obviously designed for a "modern look" by people unfamiliar with what consumers (let alone collectors) want or need. Another thing the designers obviously did not know about collectors and their collections; We put things in ORDER, not by Price or Best Selling or the alphabet! For example: In my collection, the presidents start with Washington...

Just wanted to share my rant!

Ten years ago, it was very easy to navigate the entire Mint website and access whatever information you needed. Now, every time I try to reference something mentioned by one of our members, it is often very hard and I give up. I'm glad that I cancelled all of my subscriptions in 2008.

Do you really think they care about what anyone thinks, it's all about the money.
That's why the still have so many winged liberty gold coins left. it's such a poor strike.
