Just got this from eBay, the reverse holograph is missing, is that bad?

NO, common issue from people putting price labels on the slab and then removing them, or a buyer removes it, and takes the hologram along with it.

The slabs improved, and the hologram moved inside the slab so this would no longer happen.

I'll tell you this as well.... I am one of those weirdo's that polishes his slabs. I use automotive lens polish on them and that stuff will wipe out a hologram in one swipe and I have done it. I wouldn't give the missing hologram a second thought.

Nice war cent. I've not seen a MS67 steel cent before.
A quick check of the verification # has me scratching my head:
"error To speak with PCGS Customer Service, call us at (800) 447-8848."

You may wish to call the number, unless you already verified the coin.

Let us know what you find out.

Nice looking coin. Older slab. I wouldn’t sweat the deal with the hologram.
