VAM 2 Doubled Tiara

I'm asking for a friend of mine. I'm not real familiar with Peace Dollar VAMs, but is this a VAM 2 doubled tiara? Regards.

Some VAMs have die markers that are only visible with a loupe. The photos posted are not detailed enough to make a identification.

In this case, they are. It's VAM 3. Some of the strongest doubling of any US coin.
