Hey paper peeps! I have a 1934 $20 Green Seal error note - San Francisco L10967526A The left side serial number is printed onto the edge of the reserve seal and there is over inking/ink smearing. This bill is circulated but very crisp. I cannot figure out how to price it, as I cannot find any comparison's. Let me know your thoughts and thank you. Gayle
The problems you’ve mentioned are super minor. I’d be surprised if you were able to double your money.
This is known as a very slight third printing misalignment. A collector of this type of error may be interested in buying it, but like SteveinTampa said, it is not worth much money above face value.
To add to comments already made, minor "errors" like this are pretty common for earlier series of small size notes. The quality control standards were a lot more forgiving back then.
