    OK, please count me in!
I'd go for #3 - partly because no one else has picked it yet, partly because it has nostalgic memories for me: many of these Gordian III coins were found in a single hoard in Dorchester (Dorset, England) in 1934. I lived in Dorchester for about 15 years. Somewhere I have a postcard of the find, which turned up during the development of a building plot in the middle of the town and which was the largest coin find in the UK to that date. Some of the coins ended up in Dorchester museum but a large number made their way into the pockets of the builders, so much so that for a few years you could buy a pint of beer in the town with one of these Roman coins!

    I want in!!!

I confess I came here chasing Lot #6, but then you had to go and put a beautiful overdate coin from Peru! Now I’m going to have to change my mind and chase Lot #5!

Just yesterday I went to my first coin shop here in Belgium. It was pouring rain outside, so my wife wasn’t too happy that I stayed too long while she waited with the kids. :bag: I did not find anything to purchase, but he quite a lovely 10 Stuiver coin from Brussels in 1790. Here’s an image of a similar coin offered on MA-Shops. Unfortunately, the seller wanted 600€, which was just too far for me to find a middle ground with him. The example here being only 300€.

Thank you for spotting those fanams for me. Here’s a bonus entry to improve your odds on the Peruvian coin. She’s a beaut!

If I win, I’d love #8. I’m a sucker for all things half dollar related, and the Franklin proof is a beauty!
Thank you as always for the contests.

I want in, if it so pleases the court ;-)
Lot #8 because I don't have a PF Franklin and it would be cool.
Thanks, Lord Marcovan. May the odds ever be in your favor.

I want in. A beautiful selection of choices. If my post# is selected I would like @Mountain Man to choose whichever coin he most wants.

I want in and if my number comes up I would like #8 also. The half would fit in best with my current interest, a slab 20th century type set. Thank you once again LordM for you generosity and time.

I’d love to nab No. 7. One cannot have enough red wheat cents (and I have plenty of room for more than a few)

    Thanks Rob! @lordmarcovan

Thank you for the opportunity. Lot #1 the Claudius coin holds a lot of interest for me. I celebrate the other member's choice of the Franklin coin with a hearty beer raised in his honor, but love the early Imperial Roman coins right now.

I'm in, I could see lot #8. Although all my Franklin's are raw, I would really like the half, but I would give it to my grandson because he is looking for one also. Regards..

I appreciate the opportunity, I would like #5.

I love overdates in my CBHs and the Peruvian coin reminds me of many of the US pattern coins struck in the 1870s-80s. Looks like a very cool coin.
