But it's clear he knows he's deceiving people. If you look at his listings, he uses words like "toned" and "rainbow" and "variety" and "error" and "close AM" and "Large Date" and "Double Die". So, there is real coin knowledge here and he's using just enough legitimate wording to dupe people. And it's not just these little $5 and $10 sales. That 09S-VDB that he started with was between $9,000 and $45,000! Doesn't that cross into felony territory? Or wire-fraud, or something???
I did in fact tell the seller that $9-45k falls into the felony fraud category. Perhaps that helped encourage them to remove the listing.
