The number of marks on the obverse look like MS-62, but the luster looks like MS-63, so 63 it is.

Sorry, but I hope that it isn't MS-64 unless the photos are showing more marks than there really are on the piece.

Classic MS 63 look. Nice lustrous coin.

Those marks definitely hold her back to a MS-63 grade in my opinion.

If it helps at all, I'm fairly positive she's a VAM61 "scribble face"
C3 reverse I'm 100% sure of so that limits the vams it can be :D
Majority of the full morgan set can be seen here
    (missing are a 90s and 21d in anacs/icg slabs)

as usual just shy of 24hrs so here you go :D
And I also considered her a 63 until I determined her vam and realized that the scribbles in the fields and some on her face are due to die condition rather then just bagmarks.. So she get's the extra point for 64 :D

The luster, she’s a shiner. Only explanation.

Sorry, but it is fortunate to get a 63, with the obverse hits. The luster bumps it up from 62. Vams do not give Morgans a grading bump— luster, color, or strike do. In this case, it is luster that makes the coin a winner. But 64?

It was all from the luster and the grader had a bad day. This gave the coin a. If bump in the grade.

simply said it's arrived and credit to the seller and ngc for both photographing at a lighting angle in such a way to show every "defect" possible lol...
coin looks much nicer in hand I'm very happy with the grade of 64 :DHopefully my bad pics give a better idea of in hand look :D
