Just a Misaligned Die Strike (Obverse)
Neat but a common issue on Cents from the 1980's

Circulation wear and tear for everthing else.

Nope paddyman98. The reverse has doubling in the letters (common or not) , a die crack in the "C" and a strike through next to the "T".

    That's Die Deterioration doubling.
Not an error nor variety. Considered worthless doubling.

The issue on the T looks like something stuck to the surface.

The die crack is so tiny it's insignificant.
Also a die deterioration issue

Also had roller marks from dirty rollers. Common on copper 1980 coins
