Plastic Coin Capsule sizes.

I would like to encase several loose coins in Capsules, but have a hard time figuring out what sizes to get for different coins. I see 0.75 in. for dimes & 0.83 in. for cents & 1.10 in. for Canadian coins. I need Quarter, Halfs & ASE holders. Some sites give 40 mm.
Does anyone have a breakdown on what sizes US coins holders have for each US coin ?
