The Solstice is soon upon us. Of what coin would you dream? So many that I can not have but can only dream of. Lovely, lilting pieces of silver and gold. Maybe a copper or two?

    My dream coin........ Panpac.jpg

I hear tell that @johnmilton has one of these. Out my realm but still in my dreams. Please post your dreams......:)

I'm not that Picky really. Love Shipwreck coins for their history even though I think they are overpriced.
I would love this one for my collection, please??

    My dream coin currently

The Ivory Coast Silver Elephant coin, minted by Geiger Edelmetalle in Germany, contains 1,750 oz of . 999 fine Silver and measures 650 mm (25.59 inches) in diameter. This 120-pound coin comes with a mounted display stand, specially crafted to hold the weight of this impressive coin.

    Hmm.. Judd1776 comes to mind.

But a much more realistic dream coin would be the 1909 VDB Matte Proof.

Five figure coins don't factor into my 2-3 figure budget yet.

I'd love to have a Judd-1992 Walking LiberTy pattern. But if I were going to spend that kind of money, I'd rather get a really good XRF scanner, so I could tease out secrets from LOTS AND LOTS of coins. And fakes. And lots of other stuff.

@green18 Love the title here. Most people think that Summer starts on June 21. It is actually the midpoint of Summer. The same with Winter and other seasons.

    A Midsummer Night's Dream ... and a coin ... there's a "puck" joke in here somewhere ... but I just can't find it
