Help With This 2023 Jefferson Nickel

Thanks in advance. Going through some uncirculated rolls and notice this Nickel. Wondering what causes this? Is it just a weak strike? 2nd Nickel is just for comparison

What does the reverse look like?

 

I think it's more of a case of worn die, the coin in question has more die wear striation lines/mark on the surface of the coin.
Weak strike can be caused by thin/under-weight planchet.

 

Looks like a worn die issue.

10 rolls searched and only found the 1 Nickel with a worn die issue.

Good catch. Denver mint must of caught that too. I like black eyes and fat lips. Great opening meeting line
