That’s okay. Some of these “third world grading companies” were created in the 1980s for Internet sales. Some of their stuff is still out there waiting to entrap a newbie who might think all certification companies are the same.
I have seen some nice coins in these holders but I thought they were priced too high. I would price them as a raw coin.
Recently purchase a 1934-D Peace Dollar with NNS holder graded ms-65, $79 total cost. It looks to be authentic and in no less thana 61 or 62 grade. I am thinking the value even in a 60 is worth my cost. Thoughts???
Impossible to tell anything by those pictures,to small,most likely it's a details coin but still some hope.
Thank you for you response Sir. As you now may see, with PCGS set value at $175 in MS 60 I just had to take the gamble. And they most certainly are not less than that grade. I have acquired a conservative collection over the last 40+ years of the Morgan and Peace but first time seeing on with this label.
