Need some help on a fractional note

Hi everyone:

I was looking through some notes and stumbled across this trio. Two look to be perfectly normal notes, FR 1374-1375, but one has two reverses.

...and before you roll your eyes and check out, understand that I work for one of the largest coin dealers in the country. Anything is possible here.

Is there someone here who has a pretty deep knowledge of US fractionals? I'd just like to get some basic idea about this.
