$20 is a lot to me during these times.If your in a nice financial state and actually like it and can afford to keep a (20) the choice is yours,I sure wouldn't be able to.
If it was on a $1 then yes but it just had to be a $20.Also when it comes to paper condition is everything and with all those creases on the bill its only $20.
The coolness factor means nothing,just a hyped gimmick,the number algorithm on the bill is not a difficult to find arrangement,I'd rate it at uncommon but not extraordinary difficult or rare,still a decent circulation find.
For comparison, I found a $20 with six 8's in the serial a few years back, and ended up selling it on eBay for something like $35. After fees and postage and such, I think I netted something like $5 profit. Since eight's considered a lucky number in China, repeated 8's may be a bit nicer than other repeated digits. (Except, of course, leading zeroes!)
