Trying to stay busy at night as insomnia keeps me up lately. Started doing Super mini projects. I discovered these "wheaties" in a jar that I had under my computer stand that I totally forgot about! I don't even remember if I went through them yet! Fun is!! I'll do a reveal if anyone is interested. If not then, oh well as they say.
Hey! That's a good four-word post. I'll look them over this morning when things are brighter around here.
Okay. By popular demand one reply) @masterswimmer, I present to you the results: 1912, 1930, (3) 1936, 1941,1946D, 1948 '53,53D, 2 1955's, 2 1956D's, 2 1957D's.
Always love seeing '55's. That glimmer of hope of one day seeing a DD in the wild excites me. The '12 is also fun to find. How are the conditions of your finds?
Wow, how's the condition of the 1912? I've got about half a dozen 1919's and they are pretty worn for the most part. Oldest Wheat penny I've got is a 1914.
Anytime you can find a wheat is a good day. Anytime you can find one pre-1930 is a great day. 1912, so nice. And they all seem to be in good condition in the photos.
