The pictures aren't the greatest but that's either some very oddly specific damage or that's a bad mint. I sent a few since the coin looks great for 58. Minus the wheat side.
Hello and Welcome to CoinTalk!! Unfortunately, your coin is "cleaned" and therefore considered damaged. Oh! Coins are "struck" not "Minted".
I am still trying to figure out what the misprint is. The OP didn't give any details. I am not sure it has been cleaned, as the photos are over magnified and pixelated.
I see no mis anything. It’s normal except for being minted by a worn die, having a little grease or debris on the die and circulation wear and tear.
While a member here for four years, I see you come infrequently, just when you have a question about a coin, which is fine and why we are here, but without more information, we can't read your mind. You are showing a well worn/circulated copper cent, nothing more that I can see. And I'm pretty sure @SensibleSal66 meant coins are not "Printed", because they are minted.
If what you are talking about is the "speckled" appearance, I think that is just due to what we refer to as "environmental damage"
