Greetings, I read where the 1970 D Jefferson nickel that if it's an RPM and there's some doubling it's worth a couple bucks where do you go to see pictures of that I didn't see anything in variety Vista can't go to copper coins cuz it's a nickel LOL I don't even know where I got this I was just checking a few nickels and there it was so I googled it that's how I came up with the RPM thanks by the way the d slightly rotated to the right
For future reference you can compare possible RPM on this site. It's a good one to bookmark. https://www2.briansvarietycoins.com/ He has some great pics to compare circulation finds with. Just match them up side by side. Remember, any markers listed must match also.
I'm leaning towards a hit on the mint mark, but you have the coin in hand and can better evaluate it. Maybe check out these sites: https://www.conecaonline.info/jefferson-nickel/ (shows 4 variety of RPM http://doubleddie.com/1469129.html (shows one) https://www.eaxtellcoinvarieties.com/memorial-cents.html (shows some) and https://sites.google.com/site/rpmcoins/nickels-dimes-quarters
