Based solely on that single image, it appears to be cameo. But as you know well, proof images are incredibly difficult to capture and interpret. And no, the CAC bean is based on grades, not designations (they won't give a gold for an "under-designated" cameo), as far as I understand.
The green sticker indicates CAC considers it an A or B for its current grade on holder. A gold sticker would have been awarded if they think higher grade. The TPG did not designate it cameo. For valuation and auction history I would refer to its CAC CPG and PCGS CF. Its a really nice coin.
He's saying Greysheet (Collector's price guidance) and PCGS CoinFacts. I'm not sure how rare of a coin you're talking, but they might be able to help you.
The coin looks like a CAMEO to me, but I have found that the cameo designation is inconsistently applied. As for the green bean, I have no idea what they might do, but the chances of getting a gold bean are remote. BTW I like your coin better than mine, dated 1870, which NGC graded two points higher. That was not one of my better purchases.
People say that JA had mentioned that a coin would not gold sticker if it was A or B for the grade and a cameo/dcam but missing that designation on the holder. I can't find that thread but did find this one: https://www.caccoin.com/forums/discussion/comment/8480
