Sorry about the pics, this is the best I can get with what I have.

Is this an error? What is it?

Describe what you think you are seeing please. I see some staining and circulation scratches etc.

On the forehead I don't know what type of damage that is.
It is hard to see with the pictures I have but I thought it might be a die chip in the middle of the indention on the forehead. I have very limited experience so excuse me if this is a stupid question.

It appears to be where the reeded edge of another coin has hit it. There is a similar mark over the S and T of STATES

I also have several quarters with what I assume is die chips on the tip of the second A in PARA and the E in MUJER on lettering.

Yes those do look like die chips on the letters.

Would that make them worth more? I have about 25 of them and 4 more rolls to go through

They are a very minor issue due to die deterioration

You could try to put the ones with die chips on eBay, but I doubt you would get enough to cover cost.

Looks like die chips to me.

And die chips are very common. In my book they are spenders unless they are unusual.

As for the first coin you posted, it looks like it took a hit from another coin.
