Little help?

I need help IDing these two. One is from Iran. It seems to be silver and is smaller than a dime. The other I thought was from Thailand but I don't see anything like it in Krause. Maybe an Indian state? This is also smaller than a dime.

(I did a Numista search for 15-17 mm, holed, non-precious metal and there were only 149 results. Skipping China it didn't take long to scroll through.)

Thanks. I suspect it's 1/4 kran, but I don't know what year. That might be worn off. Between 1909 and 1924 though.

The last digit on the date is odd. 133X.

 

Where's the date? I'm pretty good at Arabic dates but even on the Numista image I can't find it.

 

First three digits are under the lions body, 133. The last digit is under the tail.

 

Thanks. The last number must be a 5. The other option was 8, but there's no coin for that date. So 1916 would be the year.
