What do you think this very rare Half Cent would be worth today?

Fellow EAC fanatics, I have been researching specifically the Draped Bust rarities, and am wondering what you all think this 1804 C-2 would be worth today? It is described as having VG details with a conservative EAC grade of AG3+ but seems it wouldn't be too unreasonable to call it a G5. But this was back in (I think this was from 2012), and it realized $15,525.

The 2017 Penny Prices lists it at 10k in AG3, 22k in G5, and 45k in VG8. And, for whatever it's worth, the current Greysheet lists it at 15k in G4 and 25k in VG8.

My gut tells me that the EAC big wigs would probably try to milk this variety for all they've got due to the rarity, but what do you think the real market value is?

And a couple of lesser examples, just for fun:

Why so much money. Red book says 40 bucks for a plain 4 with stems. Am I missing something

Reportedly 17 examples of this variety are known with only 3 graded better than Good.
If you need it, have deep pockets and get in a bidding war.
    Oh maybe $20K or more.

Check heritage some C-2 details coins went for between 2 and 3k. A VF30 went for 78K. One auction mentioned there is like 30 known.

I'll call it 5500, for an interested wholesaler Hunter. Admittedly I don't have the piece in hand, so....
