Okay I'll be the middle of the road guy and give it MS65. This one is tough to see past the toning but I'm not seeing wear or hits.
Ditto. 65 for me. Had a tough time seeing through the toning, and Washingtons are not my strongest suit when it comes to grading, anyway. PS- 66 wouldn't surprise me. PPS- I am not a giant fan of the toning. I don't completely hate it, but it's a bit mottled for my taste. Some of the subtle color is nice- I just wish it were more evenly distributed and less streaky/mottled.
Whose slab is that? I don't recognize the prongs. I'll go off the wall and say UNC Details - Questionable Color. Not that I think it is.
Mottled toning. Yeah, that’s what it is. Thanks Lord M Wondering if it had the ‘toning’ when sent for grading 64 finger print
Graded by PCGS MS66 ddddd Nailed it. This coin was part of an Estate...Sure it has a fingerprint but it had no visibly hits or marks and full luster. I normally don't mess with toned stuff and welp I've had bad luck. I have observed over the years the majority of top examples are also toners...even saw one with a fingerprint.
Was at 66 the second I saw and before the reveal. I don’t find the toning particularly attractive. But the coin clean as a pin
