    Okay, what is this next to the steps? Looks like a Stop Sign.

    Wasn't even having a beer when I saw it, which in itself is weird. ;)

    Probably right. The gouge that looks like the pole is actually raised like the top portion of the 'sign' or chip, so the combination is unique. I just thought it was interesting and looked like a sign.
