1902 $10 Blue condition estimate

Hello,

I am wondering what condition this bill would be considered by the pictures. Some level of fine? New to coins, even newer to notes/bills. Thanks!

Looks to me like a 15 to 20 grade. It has a hard horizontal fold, and many of these were hand cut and have slim margin issues. On the bright side, the signatures (Frank M. Cressman and Reuben J. Butz) look awesome .

 

Fine 15-20? I know it's not a rare bank. Ballpark value?
