This is ungraded and just came out of a SDB after about 30 years.

    Well. I voted.
I went MS62 PL but I could be wrong. I'm a little confused right now (regular occurrence).

I am going to go 62 I have allot of graded GOLD coins, though there seems to be allot of luster, there are allot of problems going on with this coin especially
on the obverse, scratches and gaudges near the face and see allot of undesirable
    milk spotting.

A few too many contact marks and stains for me to go higher than 63.

Oh how lovely! Luster grazes, big deal. I actually love how they accent the breast feathers. MS65.

MS-63. It has some earmarks of an MS-64, but it's got too many marks on the cheek.

However, sometimes the grading companies give "CC" coins a push.

Lovely coin. I called it MS63PL, because of the obverse. However, the reverse is as smooth as they come!

I went with MS 65…there are some hits that might put it closer to a 64 but CCs sometimes get a pass

Grading a coin like this can be on the tricky side, again I said previously there is allot of luster there and thats the key ingredient for an M/S grade, I have seen MS 66 coins with problems, but on the M/S side its all about the luster, thats why
I like A/U grades 53-58 not as bright but usually problem free ")

There is an amazing amount of luster on the coin. The spots across the obverse are definitely noticeable upon magnification and would detract from the grade. Could even keep it from the PL designation. I have never sent a coin for grading so can't say definitely that there is enough contrast and mirrors to get the designation.

From an old school point of view I would call this a technical 63/64. But could easily see this coin as being a solid 64 in the market, And I really wouldn't want a 65 Grade because it would be a C coin IMO.

The Luster grazes aren't really that bad, and the reverse grazes add a little bit of character IMO. It is the ding in front of her forehead. It's heavy enough to be too distracting to me for a 65 grade.

I'm sure you would be perfectly fine with it getting a 65 if selling it-even a C level 65 would sell for above a solid 64 (particularly with a blast white coin like this).

More money is never gonna hurt my feelings.
I am just old school with grading, and don't feel that it is a 65, even though it has great eye appeal.

I know and that's commendable. I was saying that in a joking manner. :D
