I don't see anything that makes me think it is worth more than face value.

i have a few of the 1999 and 2000s they have to be leaned not sur what you mean by the (rev?) new to this i don't speak coin talk

 

Obv. = obverse = front of coin.
Rev. = reverse = back of coin.

I don't see any doubling on the 1985 either. Can you post a better close-up of the suspected doubling?

It depends on the coins condition.
