Personally, I don't trust the zinc cents to keep themselves from corrosion, even sealed and certified. An MS67 today might be an Uncirculated Details, Environmental Damage next week. Or it might not. I just don't trust them enough to spend money on them.
That’s 10000x face value for a modern coin with huge mintage numbers. Sure sounds like a great deal to me ;-)
There are 8 coins in the 2009 Lincoln series. Are you going to try to get a set at MS67? Buy unopened US Mint rolls. Carefully search them for the best of each. Make up your set and declare them to be whatever you would like. Edit: Actually there are 16 different cents for 2009. 8 regular composition and 8 copper with satin finish. Plus, there are the 4 proof coins.
I don’t need any photos but others might. It’s a common date coin. Billions were minted. It’s zinc. The answer is NO.
There are millions upon millions of '09 Zincolns in circulation. If there are local coin shops in your area or not too far away that would one of several ways you could and will save money. It's your decision but I would not pay anywhere near that amount for one. Good luck.
Buying silver proofs make me a little nervous as well, especially when it comes to milk spots that appear years after you bought them
