That's cool. Keep in mind though, I'm someone who finds something special about any Vespasian denarius. :cigar:

I might be able to tell if it is a fourreé based on style, fabric, etc ...

Here is nice Alexander Severus Denarius I picked up a few months ago for like $15?

Alexander Severus is one of my favourite Emperors, a damn shame that he died they way he did.:(

I know VK said not to post a pic of your face obstructed but considering that you guys have already seen two pics of me, it is a mute point!

This is not a question of likes or dislikes. Many people here find images involving nudity offensive, so we won't have them here. See the part in our rules that says "Keep it clean, like a 1950s family television show."

Very well then - this is Izzy:

And Izzy likes this coin, which I received with the other two Aspers. I am no where near as confident in the attribution of this coin, and admit that is this mostly a guess:

    AE Pul, 17.29mm x 1.3 grams

Note: Possibly Aziz Shaykh from 1364, countermarked

I love cats, unfortunately husband is horribly allergic to all things furry.

That's a fairly rare Titus Caesar denarius! Not your run of the mill 'Titus' by any means.

Mine is from the same die pair as yours.

Also, my newest Roman Republic acquisition…a double litra. This coin was issued during the first series of Roman struck coinage, produced in 2 denominations, litra and double litra.

    Pets are pretty great...

Maxwell, the cat who is always so sweet looking in his pictures but usually up to no good. One night last week he climbed up in the pantry and ripped open a bag of dog treats but only took a few nibbles then left them in the floor. I guess they're not up to his standards:
    IMG_20150126_182157.jpg

Scratchy the 15 foot tall chihuahua or at least thinks he is. I don't remember what was going on in this picture but he wasn't happy with me.

I missed something. Brother? Who is the brother? Remember, I'm old, so you have to explain things really slow.
