    And this is the reason that a 225.00 value is being offered for 150.00. Had it had eye appeal it would of been priced at top dollar . If the OP needed this coin for a slot and was willing to accept its lack luster then no problem as it's a personal choice. If they intended to flip it that a totally different story .

    I'm with you on this subject. For a type set, I would prefer a more common coin in better quality. I don't follow 3CS and this coin apparently is at least somewhat scarce (by US coin standards) to sell for this price but I would expect there to be better options for either $150 or $225 than the coin pictured.
