Opinions on this Septimius Severus

Not my coin.

This is supposed to be a silver denarius RIC 261. It is definitely bronze. Felicitas reverse. The caduceus looks odd to me. I am wondering if it is a Limes.

I think it's a limes Denarius as well.

I haven't been able to find a Limes Felicitas.

Yes to Limes. The caduceus looks odd to me, too, but it is odd in the same way as my silver version below so I'd just say it is the way they were drawing a cadeuceus that week.
