We've seen some Ostrogothic Kings, how about an Ostrogothic Queen for a change:

This is a AR half siliqua with monogram of Queen Matasuntha issued in the name of Justinian. Not sure but I think it's a tougher type to find then the boys.

One of the reasons I get to buy all these coins without the wife killing me is that I have no kids; not sure why but I like ancients better.

I pretty much am at this point, I pester the poor guy on every major Siliquae purchase I make. He is always helpful and his knowledge about Siliquae surpasses my own tenfold!
I would love to meet the guy in real life; we would have a hell of a discussion.

My wife made me sit down with her last year and walk through the process of how to sell all my ancients if anything should happen to me. I had to provide names and contact numbers. I now sleep with one eye open.

Yeah, us Late Roman folk had better stick together!
Very nice coins Brian! I don't have a barbarian Siliqua of Justinian I but I have an official issue that was struck in Carthage after the reconquest of Belisaurius!
