1981 cent dryer coin?

    Could be, though it looks more like a rock tumbler or something of that sort, which affected the obverse and reverse more than the edges, which would be the case with a true dryer coin.

    It's tumbled... in something.

    It looks like someone sprayed some white Krylon on it and then used a terry cloth to try to wipe it off once it was almost dried... :yack:
