so I am on my last $500. coin hunt my bank will not let me order anymore ever!!!! this sucks balls!!!! but this is what I found the first one is this 1990-P NO F.G. I am thinking this is a greaser not sure tho. no trace of F.G coin #2 1972-D is another F.G. but this one has what looks like a die gouge i am guessing? coin 3 and 4 are from 1776-1976-D both Reverse greasers angle 1 of 2 angle 2 of 2 coin 2 full O of coin 3 coin 3 coin 4
There are signs of die polishing under the wing on the 1990. Excessive die polishing leaving gouges on the 1972. Probably struck through grease/debris on the 1776-1976 with the E in Independence and A of Hall not being correctly struck
If you returned your other coins to the same bank, you were getting them from, then I can't say I blame them. There is no commercial use for half dollars so they, the bank is footing the bill to get them for you and paying to take them off their hands. You have to have a different dump bank. Make nice with them, buy them so donuts or candy and promise to not return them to them.
@tommyc03 Nope, this is not what going on. they are claiming that its policy changes due to an increase in their price to order the half and other coins. In order for me to continue or for anyone in my area to order any type of box 1c 5c 10c 25c 50c $1 coins now must have a business account. I can get a few rolls a week but not more full boxes
With what's going on all the world with banking problems I can see more of this happening. They will be cutting costs and raising fees to everyone. Thanks for the reply. Hope you are able to find another bank that might accommodate you.
