2007 P Quarter. What am I seeing?

I am seeing something on the obverse to the left and right of the head. On the reverse there is something to the left of the mountain peaks and the right of the fish head.

Strike throughs.. Result of a worn die.
Die Deterioration. Nothing major.

My two cents - Are you familiar with the2015 Homestead National Parks Quarter? There is a variety/error known as 'snow on the roof', that exhibits the same type of image I'm see on your quarter. Kinda looks like a blemish. Not sure what causes it but it seems to be stress on the surface of the metal. I've seen the same type of thing on Jefferson nickels.

 

I believe that issue is an actual Die Break on the quarter.
It looks like snow that accumulated on the roof. Different issue.

Appears a bunch of goop got on the dies and did a strike through on both sides. Neat.

 

A small minor strike through that commands no extra premium as it happens often.
