If you think it is special, then keep it, other wise just hope some clerk is willing to accept it as US currency.

We try our best, but somewhere out there are sloppy people who drop their change at the pickup window or as they walk from the parking lot to the Walmart doors and cars and people scratch the soft metal badly. Soon you may find an escaped coin in the dryer and it's "altered" by rolling around hundreds of time and its probably high on the "What's This and how much is it worth" posts, so watch for it .
