MM Nickel is Philadelphia, Denver or both?

Just a Philly with a little die deterioration.

 

It's a P for Philadelphia. No error here.

 

RPM's fall under the (variety category)this isn't one and no RPM's or OMM's for 1989.Some strong hits pushed and deformed the metal on the MM still a nickel.

That is a great optical illusion. The P mm took a hit and made it look like a little D.
NAV, but good eye.
