I have heard people say that they cannot get through to the mint to place order at moments such as the gold spouse coins coming out. When this happens do you get a busy signal or do you push a bunch of buttons to get through to someone with no luck? Also when the website is running slow do you get error messages or are you just waiting for pages to load? Just looking for some insight as to what to expect since I have to order while at work and need to know if I need to just do this from home??? Thanks.
I actually forgot that yesterday was the 19th. I was eating lunch and was reading the paper and saw the date. A lightbulb went on and I logged on to the mints website about 1:15pm. I made my order rather quickly and was back eating my sandwich which was still very warm. Elapsed time to place order: about 40 seconds.
