    Hey Guys,
I have found these coins recently found these coins while roll searching. The chances that these are actually errors are probably slim, but might as well ask before I throw away a gem. The dime I think is missing to layer so I can only see the cover core, and the cent I think is on a clipped planchet.
    Thanks for the help! Screenshot_20160618-203834.png Screenshot_20160618-203837.png Screenshot_20160618-203840.png Screenshot_20160618-203858.png

Dime.. Are both Reverse and Obverse same color?

Cent - Looks like a Clipped Planchet. I see the Blakesley effect opposite the Clip.

The obverse and reverse on the dime are the same color. If I were to name that color I'd probably be a pinkish orange.
Thanks for your help with the cent. That's exciting, my first real error!

Yep, that cent looks 100% legit -- a shame about the corrosion, but a clear example of what a real clip looks like.

For the dime, I would expect a weaker strike if it were missing both outer clad layers, and I'd expect exposed copper to be darker. It looks to me like it's just discolored from environmental damage. Any chance you could get a weight accurate to a tenth of a gram?

20160619_114051.jpg 14496429.jpg Sadly I can not measure anything to a tenth of a gram. I have a food gram scale right now, but it's being finicky for some reason. As you can see in the first picture, the mystery dime is a bit thinner than a new dime. Not sure if that helps. Also, I found this picture online that looks pretty close to the color of my coin.
Any other tests I could do?
Then I drop the coins, the one I think is missing the clad layer, sounds a little more high pitched than a regular dime. Not noticeable to anyone not listening for it

Do you think there is any way to clean off that cent to make it look a bit more presentable without completely ruining it?
