Hey grizz....our company director has just sent out this question: Which fruit is on all of our coins? We don't have the answer.
and welcome to the boards. i'm not sure what you mean about the fruit, are you referring to a particular denomination? or are you asking if there ever was or is now fruit on a coin? i can only think of a coin that flashed in to my my mind when you asked, but it wasn't fruit it was a vegetable. it was the wisconsin state quarter. the reverse has corn on it. i'm sure others will chime in. grizz
there's a peach on the georgia quarter, but his question said "all of our coins". i'll keep thinking...
money is the fruit of labor, but there is no "real fruit" that appears on all u.s. coinage. i'm with jhonn in calling this a trick question. your boss has an answer, but it's a weird one that only he would know. welcome to the boards!
renec: First, welcome. Second, hey guys, I don't think that it is a trick question. Perhaps a company trivia questions. So far: Olive (from olive branch) Georgia: Peach. Any more? (And, no, N Y as in the Big Apple doesn't count).
Which fruit is on all of our coins yeah, I think its a trick question and they mean liberty...thats my guess.
