    New here, i have this coin green with age, and it sez that with the date 1771, any ideas, what its worth?
    Ty for the help i have a bag of old coins, from GF.

    There are coins from 1771 worth millions and some worth single digit figures. Pictures determine then worth.

    a picture of both sides of the coin would help us know what country it's from and grade

    It's a knackered British Halfpenny, by the sound of it, so worn that only the NIA of Britannia is readable, and also corroded if it is green with age.

    A connection to colonial days, but no monetary value.
