1977 D DDO-001 (FS-101) ?

I'm almost sure I've found one, just seems the doubling is not as pronounced as all the photos I've seen. Maybe one of the last from a very worn die?

I would say yours definitely matches my MS61 that is attributed as the FS-101. Congratulations!
