Just got my 1915s and 1922D Fantasy Daniel Carr overstrike fantasy issue tokens. They are really beautiful, and will probably grade 69 to 70 as most of his do, with ANACS. Out of his large offering of fantasy issues, these were the two that I chose. Please keep the debate, if any respectful. I like them; I also know others do not--so let's be professional about it. I don't collect them but readily see why others do.

No offense, but I'd rather spend that kind of money on a nice MS-65+ WLH for my type set. Down the road, these may become more valuable, but our interests are different.

Don't get me wrong; I like them, but not at the prices that Carr is charging.

I understand. I have several MS 66 WLH coins, so this is not in place of originals.

Type, with Carr's work you instantly gain a premium. His stuff almost always go for well over issue price even when they're still available at issue price. You can literally buy almost anything he has, especially the overstrikes, and instantly make money because of the quality, low mintages and the fact that most buy to keep and not flip so the demand is more than ebay supply more times than not. Just fyi
