House bill would add new look to Sacagawea dollar coin

Well, I guess I had better pay more attention to vending machines. I've not seen many that take dollar coins!!!! davdo.

The Sac rev. is one of my favorites. I would prefer that they change the Obverse.

 

Collectors will be interested (to the extent that they're not already weary of the proliferation of US Mint releases) but until dollar bills disappear I can't think of any design that would interest the majority of the general public.

i wish the obverse should change to a different indian's chief. like apache or indian's head on our past coinage. i hope to keep the reverse (am eagle) instead. it is a symbol of american coinage.
