There are two more minor $10 doubled dies for 1969s. You can see them on coppercoins.com

All thoughts and opinions are considered and appreciated but please if you're an under novice it would be best if you just keep your opinions to yourself unless other wise. Watch read and learn before making such statement. Truthfully, be it DDO or not even the lesser "mechanical" the device is anything but norm. Thank you very much :)

The date matched almost identical to the genuine. If you so strongly disagree with this please post an image of the genuine and lets compare the two dates for starters will also do liberty and IGWT afterwards. Use markers to point out where you think they differ...?

It's not the big one. It could be one of the minor 1969-S listed on Coppercoins.com. I was half joking about shakey hands. The pictures you post are fuzzy, I can see that yours does not have the doubling on IGWT, Or Liberty. The date appears to me to have machine doubling. If you still insist it's a doubled die go to Coppercoins.com and doubleddie.com and compare yours. See if you can match it EXACTLY. If I found the big one I would take pictures, rent a safe deposit box for it, and consult a tax lawer. After that I would post it on here. Hahaha
You could join Coneca for $20.00 send your coins in and for $4.00 each they will give you an expert opinion. Your third option would be to send it to a third party grading service.. That's what I would do. That will cost more money. But hey, if you beleive in your penny as much as it seems you do, you would have no trouble spending $80 to have it attributed, conserved, graded, and slabbed. Then call Heritage auctions and arrange for the sale. Walk away with $100,000, then post on here and tell us the story. That's what I would do if I found the big one.

It's a copyright infringement to paste images on here downloaded from other sites. You won't make many points with the coin experts who took those images. I always post a link to the web page with the coin pics.

@Coinattic_Hunter69 S- You never answered my questions. Is this your coin? If not, where did you download the picture from? And I don't mean the internet, I mean where on the internet did you download the picture from.

For those who continue to post with thoughts of a 100,000 dollar coin. Every device has to match, not just the date. The motto, liberty.
    Come on,
We are a bunch of collectors around here.
May not all ways get along.
But, thanks for the community of truthfull collectors here at CT.

I don't need to post pictures. Your coins have to match 100%. So from your first picture you posted I already knew you didn't have it. Are you ever stop going to [language] and except people's advice? You never have anything good and always play these games. OPEN YOUR EYES [language]. If your coin does not match, then it's not the one. I don't understand what is so difficult to understand/comprehend.

No need for more images. Your coin is not the famous 1969-S DDO.

The photo in question was taken by Ken Potter in 2007. Its posted on several websites, including his. The coin was found by Michael Tremonti in Michigan and sold at a Heritage Auction for $126,500. HERE

It is very easy to spot the real deal, there is NO question about the coin when you have a real one in your hand. No could this be, or do you think it is.. Remember 1969 was notorious for Machine Doubling and 99.9% of the ones that have been handed to me over the years are as such. I certainly am no expert on these but I have had several in my hands over the years. Are there more out there that have not been made public or found? 100% certain of it..

Oh and after looking at the OP pictures, it took me all of about 1 second to come to the conclusion that this coin is not the big one. Could be one of the minors but not the one the OP thinks it is.

And you guys are so quick to jump to the attack that you ignored the fact that he identified it as a "comparison pic" in the very first post.

Can you blame him for getting testy? You don't even read the post before you attack the poster.
