XF to AU if the spot on the rim of the obverse doesn't keep it from grading. Hard to say if that is a rim bump or what.

XF-low AU. Rim dings bother me.......jewelry piece at one time?

    Still a nice coin.

I always wanted to own a pre-33 gold coin... someday... before the end of this year.

I see more wear on OBV. & REV.
A lot of small nicks & the rim ding.

Xf details. Cleaned and ex jewelry. The surfaces don't look natural in those pics

I disagree. Bad lighting/pics, but does not look cleaned or jewelry to me.

Xf40 or xf Details, since there is a rim ding.
    It depends on the grader.
