    If you were to take into consideration the striations in the field, you might conclude that it could be the result of die deterioration rather than an RPM.

    I agree, the striations make it harder to determine, but that doubling is very pronounced.

    Just wait chris, I can see the future now with single squeeze hubbing and it's going to be ugly .

    I don't collect RPM(s) either ....

    Nah, just collect double squeeze DD cents and sell the single squeeze 'VD' vibration doubled cents. :)

    Rick, This is the reply from Mr. Wexler.
    "The 2014 cent is indeed 2014 1¢ WDDO-003 which is already listed in my files. I plan to use this one in my Varieties Notebook column in Coin World. It is scheduled to appear in the August 15, 2016 installment of that column."
