How do you like your Morgans?

I, for one, like them medium rare.

I don't know. It looks kinda tough to me. Maybe someone should beat it with a meat tenderizer, that is, if they can find it.

Is the reverse cooked too? It's not looking too tasty to me, I might have to throw up actually.

 

Those "grill marks" turn me off.

 

Beat me to it. While a fingerprint on a GSA Morgan, quite possibly being over 130 years old can be kind of cool, the grill marks are a turn-off for me. I guess I prefer my Morgans like my barbecue -- cooked low and slow.

 

I guess I like mine raw and cleaned....
